Peter Stokkebye Black Coffee
(2.75)
Black Coffee is a blend of burley, Virginia and black cavendish, infused with a rich, slightly sweet coffee flavor. Great all by itself, it can also be a nice addition to blends with chocolate or whiskey flavoring.

Drier than expected for an aromatic. Thus it stays lit easily. I don't find it sweet. No nicotine noticed. No gurgle. Just a tobacco and black coffee flavor. After smoking, the flavor of coffee lingered on my tongue.

Is there a difference between a blend named Black Coffee and Coffee? I've read in reviews here that a good Coffee blend is hard to find. Well, PSBC isn't a good one. I've had many cups of actual black coffee and this tobacco is more like water run through day-old grinds 3X.
Purchased in bulk(4oz.) the moisture level was ready to go. Coloring was lighter than darker in a ribbon-cut that was easy to load.
Now for the bad news. It burned hot, it bit this slow-sipper and lost most if not all of the Coffee flavor half way down the bowl. At that point all I got was steam and ash. Worse still, it ghosted a nice briar.
The best Coffee blend I've experienced so far is Vauens Italian Blend No. 20. Stokkebye's Black Coffee I cannot recommend.
