Peter Stokkebye Black Coffee
(2.75)
Black Coffee is a blend of burley, Virginia and black cavendish, infused with a rich, slightly sweet coffee flavor. Great all by itself, it can also be a nice addition to blends with chocolate or whiskey flavoring.

Peter Stokkebye - Black Coffee.
It looks coarser than a lot of straight ribbons, and smells sweet. The pouch actually has more sweetness than coffee. The moisture's good, and there's a lesser amount of black Cavendish compared to the lighter Burley and Virginia.
I like the smoke! Again, like in the pouch-note, I get more of a sweeter addition than coffee. That's not a bad thing, it tastes great. Albeit, some folks may find it a touch sickly. The Burley in Black Coffee tastes SUPERB: incredibly rich, nutty, and rustic. The Virginia tastes high quality too, but not as inimitable as the Burley. The Cavendish is easily the lightest of the three, sometimes I think I might be getting some, but I couldn't swear to it.
The nicotine: medium. The room-note: pleasant.
I'll highly recommend this:
Four stars.

If you're looking for a slightly sweet tobacco (aromatic) that doesn't taste chemical nor burn too fast and bite the hell out of you, look no further!
On my quest to find a coffee flavored tobacco, I've tried Cornell and Diehl espresso and mocha tobaccos, and they were OK, but nothing special.
Then comes Peter Stockbye's Black Coffee, a splendid blend by a remarkable blender. The tobacco is high quality, it's mildly sweet with an extremely realistic pure black coffee flavor throughout the smoke with a little caramel sweetness balancing the blend. If you sit back, relax and puff slowly, you'll surely begin to pick up the true taste of the tobaccos underneath, including quality Virginias and nutty earthy burley.
If you are looking for a blend to pair with your morning cup of joe, this is perfect. Tastes even better than it smells, doesn't bite or burn hot even with quick puffing, and has a very delicious tobacco taste, roasted coffee aroma and caramel like sweetness that I suspect from the Cavendish.
After trying a few PS blends, man, this blender is so underrated and deserves so much more recognition! They produce some of the finest and most delicious blends either English, American or aromatics.
