McClelland No. X-9 - Blended Light Burley Ribbon
(3.00)
This fine Tennessee burley ribbon offers the characteristic rich, nutty flavor of natural Burley lightly dressed for increased sweetness. McClelland's heat-seasoning with a small amount of flue-cured tobacco unites the flavors, removing harshness. This is a very pleasant, subtly sweet tobacco suitable for a number of uses.

Another good Tennessee Burley smoke. Very similar to it's McCousins, No. 900 Refined Tennessee Ribbon and No. X-10 Unflavored Burley Ribbon, the only difference I can detect is the amount of Virginia blended in and one had some honey in the topping. All have cocoa in the topping, a nice nutty flavor, and some tang and sweetness from the Virginia. I haven't been bitten by any of them and find that they make an uncomplicated, flavorful all day smoke.
Mild to medium in body and flavor. Mild in flavoring. Burns well. This applies to all three blends.
