Newminster No. 9 Creamy Vanilla
(1.75)
African flue cured tobaccos are mainly used in this cavendish blend, in a mixture of cavendish cut and loose cut. The sweet vanilla taste makes this blend into a sweet and mild smoke.

Newminster - No. 9 Creamy Vanilla.
A dark, coarse mixture which includes a few pieces of broken flake. The smell from it's lovely, definitely one of vanilla but not too 'sticky'. My moisture's good.
Due to the rather coarse cut a bowl can take a fair few touches of the flame to initiate a burn. The vanilla comes over as sweet, crisp, yet not too heavy or clumsy. The tobaccos have a smooth, relaxing flavour, but the Black Cavendish doesn't hog the smoke with 'stickiness'; the Brown Cavendish accounts for more of the smoke. A bowl burns well, giving a cool, bite-free, smoke.
Nicotine: just above medium. Room-note: nice.
No. 9? Looks like I'm the first person to recommend it!
