Tsuge Premium Pipe Tobacco The Mystery of Autumn

(2.89)
The Mystery of Autumn is a bite free, all day pipe tobacco that marries nutty burley with slow steamed black cavendish and tops it off with a slightly sweet vanilla flavoring for an outstanding aromatic smoke that also offers up a bit of chocolatey flavor from the black cavendish. Autumn night striking and making it crumble our small talk. - Matsuo Basho (1644 – 1694).
Notes: "The Four Seasons" is a line of aromatic blends that are meant to capture the essence of the four distinct seasons in Japan. They were announced at 2014 IPCPR, and released in late 2014.

First, most aromatics aren't my thing. I do like some and don't have anything against them except this; most I have tried have that same underline taste. This is only my opinion and I know that is a generalizing statement but most Aromatics have that drugstore "super value" taste. This blend isn't bad, but it doesn't stand out for me. It burns well and has no bite. Maybe my mouth needs to acclimate to the sticky sauce type tobaccos. Again, I'm not trying to bash this type of smoke, but this Tsuge blend isn't for me.
