Briliant blend if you are a lover of Latakia. Once you open the tin you're greeted with a smell similar to that of a new pair of shoes. It smokes very smoothly, burns evenly and slowly and oddly enough, it remains fresh well until the bottom of the bowl. When you relight you'd notice a pleasant coco nutty smell. I'd definitely reorder it and highly recommend it.

What a nice smoke this is. I have always loved LatVa blends and this one is a pure pleasure. The Lat is one of the smoothest I've encountered. A nutty, woody, spicy and mildy smoky variety. Smooth and mellow yet rich in flavor. The Virginias don't have as much influence as I normally like them to have, but what they do offer works very well here. The sweetness is very mild accompanied by an extremely mild caramel-like note that I find very appealing. Just a great smoke.
Medium in body and taste. No added flavoring. Burns very well.

This is an excellent Latakia tobacco. It packs well, and burns cool. This is an excellent blend. Smoke this on those crisp cold fall days. Nothing beats a warm pipe in your hand on a cold day.

A poor clone of Nightcap but a superb tobacco in its own right. This blend is a true Lat bomb, but the Latakia is some of the softest I have yet sampled, with Virginia adding a good backdrop of sugar. Va/Lat blends are sometimes criticised for lack of complexity, but that is not the case here. The quality of leaf used assures a depth of flavour, whose nuances invite (and reward) close attention from first puff to last. Honestly, a real winner for Brigham, and at $10 cheaper than a tin of Nightcap, it is great value also.
