This is my first review so bare with me. I started smoking pipe about a month ago. This is my fourth pouch and by far my favorite thus far. The smell from the pouch is a very pleasant mix of chocolate and cherry but not over powering the scent of the tobacco it self. This tobacco seemed to burn very evenly compared to the other blends I've tried. The scent of chocolate and cherry translated well into the flavor of the smoke which was surprising to me as well. Good mouth feel as well.

This is a very pleasant cherry blend bulk aromatic, it is indeed what it claims to be. Of all aromatics I find that I might have a preference for cherry (to my surprise) and if that is true for you then give this a go. I will say up front that since I am not a several bowl a day smoker that price point is not my top concern and since this doesn't compare to Cult Blood Red Moon which is one of the best cherry aromatics on the market I will probably not order this again. This is mild, cherry flavorful, bite free, pleasing in aroma, and very inexpensive- all good!

Very enjoyable tobacco, my favorite Aromatic actually. Tastes delicious, like berries, and smells the same. A perfect after-dinner smoke. My family loves it when i smoke this tobacco. Not much nicotine though, so i often end up going for a cigarette a few minutes after i'm done. highly recommended

Amazing that this tobacco has all the nice things that you would like in an aromatic blend...nice smell from the bag (vanilla and cherry) but light and not heavy. The 4 oz bag that I had was not overly sticky (think 1Q) and burned to a nice fine ash with little resin left over in the pipe. Slightly sweet and pleasing room note. Note, no bite from this tobacco if smoked slow and had a mild pleasing taste. This is an easy all day smoke. Currently my favorite.
Update, I bought 32 ounces bulk Sutliff Black Cordial from Pipes and Cigars and was surprised at how sticky it was. Not the same stuff that I got from the tobacconist shop. Anyway, I tried to dry some in the oven a 100 F on a cookie tray but it remained sticky. Hard to keep lit but it did taste the same. Makes me wonder if the smaller bag I got was a different manufacturer, Lane maybe?

I could have sworn I reviewed this blend around 15 years ago back when it was an Altadis offering but I digress…
The wife after quitting cigarettes has begun hating anything other than the aroma of cherry tobacco (of course it had to be Cherry of all things..) so here I am again on a Cherry hunt she and I can enjoy.
Z50 is about as close to Cherry perfection as one can obtain IMHO.. I would prefer a burley topped with cherry but through trials I have found that it’s the burley that offends her. Black cavendish such as this with a sprinkle of golden Virginia keeps her happy and the cherry flavoring is non offensive to those opposed to cherry blends. No nicotine so that’s an issue but I’ll happily smoke SOMETHING over nothing as she really gets heated these days if I stink of tobacco… four stars for a cherry aromatic but three for me as it’s really not my thing but I can recommend it as it does taste and smell wonderful.

I am primarily a smoker of English blends, but like most of us I think it’s nice to mix it up now and then. This is very flavorful without being overwhelming or goopy. It has quickly become my favorite aromatic.

This is a good go to I like to have. The flavor is as advertised and makes me keep coming back for more. I taste cherry, chocolate, and the liquor flavor does not disappoint. The room note elf says that is has chocolate and cherry in the room note. Also, this one is high on my bread scent chart. Solid smoke by itself or in a personal blend.

This makes a nice change - I don't get much of a cherry taste from it but rather a smooth caramel and chocolate even coffee taste. It burns very well in the bowl and can be puffed upon really slowly to savour the taste. It's also one of the few tobaccos that gets a thumbs up in terms of the room note from the other half. And that's high praise indeed since she usually reckons my tobacco smells like shit. It also leaves a pleasing and creamy aftertaste in the mouth - yes, I think I enjoy this stuff.

Both the burn and flavor were consistent throughout the smoke. The room note was strong, but is very pleasant. A sweeter smoke, hints of vanilla and a solid, but not overpowering cherry flavor.

A tasty sweet aromatic in the vein of Capt.Black or 1Q, etc., as far as sweetness and body. The difference is a cherry finish predominately instead of vanilla, without being horribly cherry. Much less cherry than TK6. More like a cherry "something". Not really a chocolate covered cherry but more like a cherry brownie? or pastry? Pouch note, flavor, and room note surprisingly seem to stay pretty close to each other. Room note has always been received very well. My bag was quite moist, and needed multiple lightings. Left some goop, but that is normal with new bags of heavily aromatic blends. I've blended cherry blends with black cavendish, vanilla cavendish, etc, experimenting with different levels for my own cherry aromatic. Honestly, this is basically what I was shooting for. When you're in the mood for a sweet smoke, but not a full cherry based, this is a good one.
