So, I've decided to get out of the business, and as the cellar has dwindled down to it's last, I saved some of the best for last. Soon after opening my 2nd-to-last tin, I got a terrible pinched nerve and ended up smoking much of it to distract from the pain, well, feeling cheated from enjoying the end; I bought a replacement pouch (something new and needing a review). Since Uhle's is local and I didn't want to wait from an online vendor, I bought a pouch.
Big mistake. It has all the trappings of some cheap, bulk tobacco from a head shop. The kind of places that sell stuff like "French Silk Pie" or "Mindblast Cherry" next to the hookah stand. The pouch had that carboard-sweet smell (like damp Lane 1Q that sat out too long) in the form of moist thin fish flakes (the cut that gets gummed up when packed). If it had any advertised Maple topping, it was very artificial (not even close to some McClelland Town Topic).
Mind you, it wasn't the 'worst' out there, but not the sort of thing I wanted to end my addiction with.
