I guess I will have a desenting opinion on this one. I got this as a part of a aeromatic sampler, which as a whole I found to be a good investment to find some new blends. Raspberry Cream just didn't make the cut, especially when it comes in the same sampler as Berry Cobbler. The taste was pleasant enough, a little weak for my tastes and it got bitter toward the end of the bowl. I will stick with the Berry Cobbler or perhaps CAO Black

Rough cut black cavendish with just a few coppery ribbons.

Smell in the pouch is pleasant in that artificial raspberry casing kind of way.

The taste is neither offensive nor remarkable. On the one hand, there is no nastiness (as in Berry Cobbler); but, on the other hand, there isn't much real tobacco taste, or anything else to commend it. I did not taste the raspberry at all.

It's fine--certainly not something I'd steer you away from--but nothing I'd direct you to either.

This one has a great room note of sweet and tangy berries, but it was hard to keep lit and to my taste the flavor is pretty flat. It does have the great Boswell 'no-bite' characteristic, unless you tug it real hard to try and get more flavor out of it. I would say 4 stars for the people in the room enjoying the aroma, but just 2 stars for the person smoking it. If you really like aromatics, go ahead and give it a whirl, but be sure to order some Christmas Cookie from Boswell while you're at it - CC has the heavenly room note and is a more enjoyable smoke.

Super disappointing. I'm a huge aromatic fan and I found this to have a solid vanilla taste and near zero raspberry note. I really wanted this to be awesome but it's not. I had to check to see if maybe it got miss-labeled? It's a huge crowd-pleaser though, as everyone around liked it. Strong sweet taste and very up-front vanilla. Barely any raspberry taste at all. Strong vague sugar-sweet taste that over-powers anything else.

Standard amazing billows of rich smoke as is normal for BP&T, and again, only 1 lighting start necessary, which is great.

A lot of guys let theirs dry-out a bit before smoking it. Maybe that will help so I'll try it again later that way. Maybe I got a bad batch?

I recommend Sutliff Black Raspberry instead.

UPDATE* ==== Allowed it to dry out a tad and it got rid of the vanilla overdose, but the raspberry flavoring is very very mild and almost non-existent. Still not recommended.
