McClelland Easy Street
(2.32)
An elegant black cavendish with a whisper of English walnut. It's cool as the coolest jazz, soft as velvet nights, rich and creamy. Smoke it and you'll be on Easy Street.

Oh boy ... reading some of the reviews on this blend is disheartening . This blend is excellent !! If your looking for tobacco flavors to disseminate ... this aint it . As has been mentioned in volumes , it's an all black Cavendish . It smokes Cool and Dry and the flavoring is so top notch that is creepy in a good way 🙂 The most outstanding aspect to this blend , that I don't think has been mentioned thus far , is the mouth feel ! McClelland Has mastered this aspect in their premium aro line .The flavoring almost coats the mouth , which feels smooth . To a non aro smoker or one who doesn't enjoy the flavoring of the blend [ probably a communist ] , it might be a little strange at first , however , it is a masterful sensation that the lesser bulk aromatics usually never deliver on . If youre familiar with McClellands Holiday Sprit , it has a similar mouth feel , though different flavoring , and is an exceptional blend as well . The blend description mentions a " Whisper " of Walnut .. ha ! It's a bit more than a whisper but that's perfectly fine . It's on top of a pretty typical black Cavendish flavor and is done expertly If you dig aromatics and don't want to " take a chance " with one that wont be good ..... try this damn blend ! Edit : 11/19/16 ... Everything I wrote above is teh same but I failed to mention that after multiple bowls of it through a pipe .. it has some ghosting possibilities . I love this blend so much that it doent bother me but it wold be a good blend to at some point dedicate a pipe to

Bit surprised at the negative reviews of this blend. When I first tried it last year, I thought it was boring and somewhat "plastic-ey." After I smoked 2 or 3 bowls of it, I was completely surprised and found it to be my favorite blend, which is weird because I normally smoke English and not many Aromatics. It definitely has a velvety mouth feel. It burns cool in a pipe. In fact, I like to burn it cool so that I can coax out the nuanced flavors from the tobacco and infusions, so I tend to relight often. It's great if you want to burn it hot, believe me- the flavors come to life even then, but if you don't mind paying close attention to it and burning it a bit on the cool side, you will find complexities that are appreciable to pretty much everyone. My wife says the room note is somewhat sweet, soft and "unoffensive." (She seldom lets me smoke indoors, that should tell you everything). I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mild Aromatic that has some sweet, but not perfume-ey fragrances and tastes.

What a wonderful concept -Walnut flavoring! I really enjoyed this.A very dry black cavendish with a wonderful Walnut essence to it. It burns very cool. There is no goop to this one at all.Actually, the flavoring is present throughout the bowl down to the dottle. It is very one dimensional, but in truth, all aromatics are 1 dimensional. If you are a lover of a natural walnut taste,I think you will really enjoy this.In quality and general characteristics it is very similar to Cornell&Diehl's bulk blend "ESPRESSO".In flavor it is like a less sweet HAAGEN DAZ's "WALNUT" ice cream. A very dry, pleasant, and flavorful aromatic diversion. 3.5 of 4 aromatic stars.

One of my favorite aromatics! Too bad you cannot find it here in Europe and I must smuggle it in via my mothers care packages. A delightful smoke all by itself, cool with no bite and a pleasant room note. No English walnut taste here but full of BLACK walnut taste, which I prefer anyways
To make it last, I extend it with one part ES with 3 parts Smokers Pride Black Cavendish. The SPBC soaks up the walnut taste real well and the smoke stays cool with the same pleasant room note.
