please note . . there is no catagorie for room note for those who only smoke their pipe in the park accross the street from the apartment.

i used to smoke latakia blends with high nicotine content but because of medical problems either had to give up smoking my pipe or find low nicotine blends. Sunset Breeze was recomended by Oleg at the pipe store and it and peter heinrich 116 have served my well.

Joyful and pleasant. Burley and virginia mix almost impressive, the touch of b cavendish is like the cherry on the top of the cake and don't forget the amaretto all around. Perfect smoke when you are in happy mood. Smell is wonderful. The only downside of this ... is kind of mild and nicotine is very shy.

I'm a novice pipe smoker but this blend is certainly one of the best I've had so far. From what I can tell by reviews here and elsewhere this is considered an aromatic (which I'm trying to steer away from) but it's just a very pleasant smoke. Opening the tin it smells wonderfully rich and sweet and the taste to me translates into this as well with nice burley and virginia fullness to round it out. This is something that I'll likely keep a stash of at all times as a "go to" as it fits my tastes just fine. Just my .02 so take it for what its worth.

I'm relatively new to pipe smoking and have been roaming this site looking for something that might appeal to me.

Sunset Breeze is the best smoke I've had by FAR! Maybe my pipe packing got better, maybe i smoked slower, or maybe past tobaccos I've tried just weren't right. Bottom line, this one is going to be a regular for me.

I'm all about mild, and sunset breeze was just that. It is very smooth, has a great taste and my wife loved the sweet room note. I smoked relatively fast I thought and the tobacco let me know when it was too fast, however other than those times I had no bite whatsoever. There was a minor aftertaste however it didn't linger and was rather pleasant.

I found the tobacco to pack and light easy and it burnt evenly into a fine ash with no goop in the pipe at all. It's the cleanest my pipe has been after a smoke so far. It's scent out of the tin is A-MAZING, especially that hint of Amaretto.

If you are new to pipe smoking or after a lighter tobacco option, then this is the one for you.

A very good aromatic. Not too wet. The casing is not too thick like most aros I've tried. I will cellar this as my "go to" aro.

Had a bowl of it this morning, and I have to say I enjoyed it a lot. The Amaretto casing is matched well with the Virginia, Burley, Black Cavednish tobaccos. It has a very strong flavoring in the tin which carried over well into the smoke. I'd venture to say with a good glass of scotch or maybe even Bailey's the Amaretto would have been even more pronounced. It burned very evenly and down to the bottom of the bowl. Overall another very delicious aromatic from Peterson.

Just got this today & i really like this tobacco! The smell of Amaretto is present when you open up the tin. This smokes great, good flavor w/o being overpowering, little to No Bite & gentle on the tongue,Stays lit and you'l taste the full flavor.I lit a bowl and i bought some Hot Chocolate and i noticed something really weird: while i was drinking the hot chocolate and smoking this, the aftertaste of this stuff started to taste like you just ate some Freshly roasted hazelnuts! Really Delicious! I highly recommend this tobacco.

This is great stuff! Amaretto seems to have a natural cherry overtone and it makes this blend remind me of an almond and cherry Danish pastry. It is wonderful as a first smoke of the day with coffee. The flavor has no artificial taste and the leaf smokes very well. I recommend this blend to aro smokers.

It's a very nice aromatic, and one of the best I've tried if not the best. When you open the tin you're pleasantly greeted with a nice strong smell of Amaretto with an undertone of the nice smelling tobacco itself.

I find no difficulty in packing the pipe and it has a nice draw once packed. At first the tobacco does seem a bit wet and you might have to light it more than two or so times before it's taken. I prefer the moist tobacco as it makes for a nice cool smoke.

The smoking experience and taste is pleasant and you get a milder form of what you smelt in the tin together with a caramel tone. At first when smoking it does feel rather full bodied but as the moisture in the tobacco gets less it turns into a smooth smoking experience.

It's rather expensive here so not an everyday smoke, I find it best after dinner relaxing and enjoying the smoke. As the tin suggests: "put a bit of luxury in your pipe".
