A sweet, tasty blend with wonderful aroma in the can and a pleasant room note. Burns to a nice ash; requires normal re-lights. Mild, and retains a aweet edge of exotic fruits throuout the bowl. A very pleasant offering from C&D, a company with a history of coming up with some attractive aromatic blends. Recommended for those who enjoy the type.

The fruit flavor is there upon lighting, and lasts throughout the entire bowl. It's mild and sweet. I get both a dark fruit, as well as a lighter citrus flavor; it makes for an nice combo. Pleasant overall, no bite, and I hardly had to relight. Smokes fast too. As others have said, very loose for a kake. Unsure if this was a one time production by C&D or if it will be released yearly, but it's worth a try if you can get a hold of a tin.

It's aromatic, but the type that blends the added flavorings very nicely with the natural tobacco.
I'm getting a blend of some nutty notes, vanilla, and a very subtle fruit flavor; almost like a baked dessert containing some tangerine zest and some cocoa and cinnamon.
The room note also brings a really nice dessert to mind. On the retrohale I'm getting more of the natural tobacco flavor and the spices, less of the fruit.
In the second half of the bowl the nuttiness all but disappears, and I get more of the Virginia sweetness rather than hints of Burley.
