Villiger - New World Export.
It's always tricky to review a blend when the only one to date is by the masterful JimInks, so just take mine with a pinch of salt!!!
I love the cut of this, it's coarse enough to separate it from the standard ribbon cut blends, yet not chunky enough to be a full blown broken flake. A pouch arrives a bit too moist, but not majorly so.
The smoke gives a sweet, aromatic flavour, lacking sharpness but having more of a luscious character. The vanilla and chocolate form a smooth, albeit a little conventional, type of taste. The aromatics give an equal amount of flavour to the tobaccos. Of the these I find the Virginia contributes the least, the burley and cav' make up a far higher proportion of the smoke. The burn's good, with a smoke that's relatively cool.
Nicotine: mild to medium. Room-note: pleasant.

Villiger's New World Export has a very pleasant pouch note. Very sweet with vanilla out front. I can also get some tobacco in the pouch note too. The smoke is lead by the vanilla with the chocolate trailing in the background. Although these toppings do mute the tobacco flavor it does come through. For me the black cav is the leading component with its brown sugar note very forward. Behind this is the earthy and nutty burley. The VA's are hard to find for me a note of citrus, a toasted wheat flavor must be from here. The nic is at the mild end, I cannot tell that it is there so if you are looking for an all day (cheap) smoke this may be it. Others seemed to like the room note as well. Smoked a little wet for me but not overly so. It can be repeated throughout the day but it did cause a little tongue fatigue.
