With so many pipe tobaccos under attack by the FDA, I began hoarding various tins and bulk blends in order to have a nice supply of tobacco on hand. What I found was that many highly advertised blends either sucked - or most aromatics that I ordered lost their flavors over a short time. I won't agree with the majority of smoker's reviews here. I think the longer I smoke, I'm leaning toward 'codger' style in my tobacco blend choices. I refuse to continue to waste my money and sacrifice my living space just to keep companies in business that sell 'millennial blends'. If I like it, I will keep some on hand. If it's bland and doesn't cellar well, it falls directly into the trashcan. I'm no longer a believer in the Mason jars and long-term storage stuff. I use strong freezer bags to store my blends and buy in smaller quantities!
