About Me
The primary purpose of my reviews is to remind myself of what I have had and when. If this is of use to others, then that is a bonus.
Describing smoke is a hazardous business, in more ways than one. I tend to err on the side of caution, and I am often skeptical about manufacturers' claims and descriptions and of those reviewers who appear to have some kind of stake in play. It would be nice if tobacco had proper contents labeling, but I can't see this happening anytime soon, which reduces us all to a lot of guesswork.
I have smoked a pipe since the mid 1980s.
