I came back to the pipe a number of years ago after a very long hiatus - and I haven't looked back. I am constantly amazed by the variety and complexity of pipe tobacco and look forward to continuing my journey. I endeavor to rate blends as compared only within their style or genre. So you might see me rate a burley or aromatic four stars, as opposed to a Vaper or Balkan I would rather smoke, but that doesn't quite earn a fourth star within its own class of blends.
