Scottish Rite Freemason. Pipe smoker since 1979. Worked a few years in a tobacco shop during college which was a great experience. My father and his father were pipe men. Dad smoked Mac Baren Burley for years, then Golden Extra for more years until I introduced him to Navy Flake. We also liked Troost Slices on occasion. I smoke all genres of tobacco.
I like Canadians, billiards, lovats, and Danish style slightly bent pipes. I am also an advocate of The Pipe and The Smoke, the plastic, graphite lined monstrosities that many dislike. They allow you to taste the tobacco without being influenced by the prior product that was used in the instrument.
