Bennington's Number 40 is absolutely delicious and absolutely mild. I have a fellow pipe smoking friend in the Sarasota, Florida area who sends me new blends to try and review whenever Gary Bennington whips up another new one. Erebus is not new, but I just never reviewed it for some reason. This is a cocoa kind of flavored deeply brewed Burley that absolutely will not bite. It has the cut of Prince Albert and the taste of the old no longer produced Arkadelphia that made the rounds at tobacco shops around the country in the 70s and 80s. A very old fashioned presentation and taste for those who like to puff hard all day long as this one will never make you succumb to palate fatigue.
