This blend is blueberry pancakes for days. I mean that literally because after smoking it, everything nearby will smell like blueberry pancakes for days!
The tin/bag aroma is very sweet, with an unapologetic, full-throated, smack-you-in-the-face top dressing of berry, maple, and vanilla. This is not a subtle blend.
The smoking experience is straightforward, without a lot of flavor development. This isn't the type of top dressing that burns off quickly to let the underlying tobaccos emerge. It is pancake from top to bottom.
The room note is fantastic, and it's a good thing, because the aroma lingers longer than most aromatic blends.
I struggle with the star rating for this one more than usual, because I think the blender has done exactly what they intended. In that sense, it's a four star blend. However, compared to other blends in the highly aromatic category, I can only say it is somewhat recommended.
