McClelland No. 820 Amaretto Amore
(2.00)
The amaretto flavor of this delightfully aromatic Virginia-black cavendish blend fills the mouth with pleasure as does its liqueur counterpart. Why Amore? Because you will "love" the way this tobacco holds its flavor all the way down the bowl.

This is probably the most authentic amaretto flavored tobacco I have tried. It has a nice nutty flavor that has nice sweet overtones. The tobacco blends well and does not have any bitter burly taste. The tobacco is a bit moist as you would expect, and the goo in the bottom of the pipe is profound. Other than the typical aromatic complaints this tobacco is tolerable and somewhat recommended.

Out of twelve McClelland Aromatics I tried in a sampler, this is one of four out of the dozen in the pack that I would revisit. If you are an aromatic fan, give this one a whirl. Probably a pleasant odor for the non-smokers as well.

I was impressed with the moisture level and lack of bitterness. The Tobacco itself is very good and the only disappointment might be that is is very difficult to detect any ameretto flavor or aroma for the smoker.
