All in all a very pleasant and fairly satisfying aromatic for those who look for something that isn't too heavily cased or too dominated by black cavendish.
It has the nice taste, room note and satisfying mellowness that a good aromatic should have, and it should be smoked in a pipe dedicated to aros, as it will ghost a pipe. The casing/topping itself is a very pleasant and subtle sweetness with cocoa and perhaps some coco, but over time it is boring. Where is the complexity? Where is the resistance? However the natural tobacco flavours are not subdued and the casing isn't always very apparent, but blends in with and compliments the tobacco flavours. I find that neither flavours ofthe tobacco nor the casing/topping goes harsh or disappears towards the end, as I often find to be the case with many aros. It requires a few relights but burns dry (mine arrived in a sample pouch, so I can't speak for the tinned tobacco)
Not completely bite free, but should behave if you behave too and don't puff more than reasonable pace.
Aromatics is not really for me, but I have no particular complaint about this one in particular. A not too overpowered and sticky aromatic can be nice form time to time, and this one I consider part of that category. Try it if you like aromatics, don't if you don't.

I was trying to be positive. I smoked it in briar, meerschaum and corn cob...tasteless, a lot of moisture, sour taste. Wanted to give 1 star, but I had more terrible aromatics in my pipe so poor 2 stars

In case of aromatic blends its fine. At the beginning the musky and soapy fiber is bit overwhelming. After few smokes I’ve got used to it. The flavouring is the actual taste of tobacco but I don't get coconut as much I do feel a cheese cake. The Virginias behind it are rather mellow, reminding me of SG Golden Glow. Smokes cold if you really try to. If not it hottens easily, bites, get pungent and turns to ash very quickly.
