Honestly, one of the few aros I can stand. Unlike the vast majority of aromatics, darkest caramel actually tastes like it smells. Flavors are deep, sweet, dark/dense caramel with hints of chocolate. It’s no longer available, but it was fairly good while it lasted.

Not sure if I was sent the wrong stuff or if it was old/stale but it smelled awful in the bag and tasted like the soap mom would shove in my mouth for cursing as a child. I love many McClelland blends so as I said before there must have been a mistake....

I never thought I'd find anything as good as "Sutliff Molto Dolce" but "Bulk No.401 Darkest Caramel" equals it in every way "and you can by in bulk for a third the price".

Amended 5/7/2014

Correction.

This doesn't take the place of "Sutliff Molto Dolce" (which is the Rolls Royce of aeromatics) but is a good afforable alternative.

Buy a little of each and you'll not be dissapointed.
