I found this to be an agreeable aromatic with a flavor that compliments the cavendish base very well. You'll taste the tobacco as well as the topping. Had I not known the name, I'm not sure I'd have identified caramel, but it works for me. Definitely worth a try if you enjoy aromatics. I didn't experience the dramatic problems with keeping it lit that the other reviewers did, but it does seem to require some relights.
