Strength is very mild,in my opinion, taste is kind of nutty, reminded me of the taste of Chesterfields from the 80s. Noticed no added flavoring. Cannot detect any throat hit..actually cannot feel it at all like you would expect from a cig. I stuff in full flavor tubes,so should have felt it "hit" but didnt. Probably a good mixer tobacco,if you have some stronger tobacco on hand that needs toning down.

Man, this is simply good tobacco. Tangy, leathery, nutty, like an old book in an open field at times - smooth enough all day long, even with enough nicotine in a single bowl, and all at under two dollars an ounce? Yes, you can roll it up too, what’s not to like about Two Timer?

This is real, natural tobacco. This ain’t your townie tobacco all dressed up for cocktails. I’m not making fun of Mac Baren here - but I am. I guess it all depends on how you started smoking a pipe.

Just a great double toasted Burley - high grade leaf and no additives. As has been already well documented - nutty, woody and a little earthiness, raisins and hint of sweetness. A great blender. I've also found this really is the one to use if you wish to try and recreate the original Lucky Strike and other old brand flavours, before cigarette companies started using the worst possible cuts of cheap leaf and lacing them with a vast cocktail of additives, preservatives and added free-base nicotine.

This arrived in a big bag, somewhat dry but not crispy. An incredible value as you are not paying for moisture. I hydrated it slightly and with a tight pack achieved a slow smoke. There is a slight sweet top note and good burley flavor with no bite.

Two Timer can be an excellent all day smoke. Moderate strength, easy to keep lit, tolerable room note. These D & R blends are a great tobacco at a great price.
