This is a very mild natural tobacco. It is mainly a Virginia blend, the Latakia is not really to be tasted, but it is there and mellows the blend out a little, also it adds some very faint spiciness to the taste. But it is very far from being an english blend as which it often gets advertised.
Packing and lighting is very easy, burning properties are slow and if you are not watchful it gets out more often than other blends do.
It mainly just tastes sweet, that's basically all it offers to the palette. It lacks any complexity and does not develop over the course of a bowl. But it still is a nice, very discreet smoke of high quality. I specifically would recommend this as a beginners smoke to the world of natural tobaccos, precisely for its lack of complexity.
Think Rattray's Black Virginia - it plays in that ball park.
Room note is simply tobacco, in a good way.
Do i recommend this blend? Yes, i do *if* you like tobaccos that are mild in taste, strength and aroma. It certainly is of high quality. But if you do not have the palette for that then it will just bore you and you should stay clear from it.
Pro tip: another blend that will be eradicated by 2016, so stock up if you do enjoy it.
