Synjeco Swiss Chocolate
(3.50)
This Blend was specially made for the World Championship in Pipesmoking 2005 in Poznan (Poland). It was supposed to be a limited edition, but following many requests from our pipesmoker friends, we decide to go ahead with this Premium tobacco.
High grade Virginias with a 3% of Latakia and a chocolate aroma make this blend exclusive: it is not an english mixture, but also not an aromatic mixture... For the Connaisseur!

don't be fooled by the name, this is not a aromatic blend. swiss chocolate IMO is a mild english all day kind of a smoke. in the tin it smells like coco and raisins with no sign of latakia. the cut is mostly a ribbon with tiny flakes, like somebody rubbed the tobacco out for you. it wasn't overly damp, i didn't have to let it sit and dry, i just packed and started puffing. the synjeco site says there's less then 5% latakia in this blend, if thats the case a little goes a long way. SC tastes like a sweet mild english blend with coco that you can taste and smell. it burned cool and dry, had a decent nic kick. recommended.
