After smoking this blend in numerous pipes, I have to admit... I do not get it! I am not sure what I am smoking here. This is not an aromatic, the black Cavendish is unsweetened, or drowned out by the Perique. The burly is harsh and uneventful, and the Perique WOW! This blend is absolutely unbalanced and unrefined. I am without words to describe this stuff. The only thing this blend is good for is a swift kick in the butt.

My notes on this one simply say " Burley and cavendish overpower the perique ." This tobacco smokes well and would be suited for the burley and cavendish smoker who wanted a slight change of pace . If you are looking for a blend to satisfy your perique cravings I'd suggest Bayou Nights instead .
