No longer flavored with root beer. It is now a Whiskey based aromatic. A good one but nothing spectacular.

Jar note of sweet vanilla, spices and peaty vegetation. Tobacco is a ribbon cut of brown with a little black. Moisture content is good. Burns moderate with few relights. The strength is mild to medium and nic is mild. Only whiskey is listed on this site, but maker lists whiskey and vanilla (to get the root beer flavor?). Flavoring is mild to medium and is mostly in the background. Taste is mild to medium and moderately consistent, with notes of vanilla-ish, sweet whiskey, peaty herbal vegetation, dry earth, brown sugar, molasses, toasted bread, creamy, wood, moderately tangy, a spiced nutty background note, and a smooth retro. Burley is leading with Cavendish supporting. Room note is pleasant, and aftertaste is good.
