I bought this old Danish classic from the seventies on Ebay, and I must say that I was a bit disappointed... The ageing of course has made this one very smooth a non-burning. The taste is dense, dark and musty - just the way I prefer it. Dense as in Dark Fragrant from Rattray's and musty as in Edgeworth, but alas, the nicotine level are just as low as in Red Four Square, if not lower.
It is like a non-alcoholic Stout beer, if it is possible to make a comparison like that......
So: If you want low nicotine and lots of taste, give this one a shot; that is, if you can get hold of a tin - they stopped the production in the early eighties. No great loss though......
