Brookfield Aromatic (No. 1)

(2.35)
A pleasantly mild, very aromatic blend of Virginias, burleys and Java tobaccos with a hint of vanilla. An exceptional smoke.

i have seen this pipe tobacco in the tobacconist in our local town but i never bothered to buy it..i dont know why..but today i was in the shop and i thought im buying a pouch of it..and i have had a few bowls of it..and its a little diamond..lovely room note..and smokes nice and easy..no bite..and a nice taste and a pound or so cheaper than many other tobaccos,so im quite pleased with this little gem,i dont mind aromatics or english blends, but i have had enough of clan and mellow virginia to name but 2..plus a few others.so i will be buying this brookfield blend again for sure.

This is a perfect blend for the real beginner. Its available everywhere, cheap as can be and a treat when smoked. It has a very nice sweet, fruity taste to it and exceptionally nice burning properties. It burns without any hassle and no relighting down to the very end and fast too. Which for the beginner is a bliss since to many of them sitting through an entire bowl can simply be too much.

For the experienced smoker its a nice every day smoke that doesn't leave you with much to be wanted. Plus it offers good quality tobacco that actually can be tasted through what light flavoring is present.

It certainly is not a high class fancy or perfectly balanced smoke and it never tried to be one. All it tries do be is to offer a solid smoke for little money and that it manages with grace.

Tongue bite will not occure and the room note is *very* nice.

The cut is in thin ribbon, comes very compact in the pouch, different degrees of brown, from golden to dark. Correct humidity, light easily. Smell of virginia and some vanilla in the pouch. In the first part of the smoke you notice some sweetness of virginia and a touch of the vanilla flavor, it evolves to a drier taste, appearing the flavor of the java leaf and the burley. It does not bite the tongue, and the nicotinic load is medium. The taste is maintained, it is flat. For the price it costs offers great quality. It does not taste or smells like artificial. Highly recommended for daily use at an adjusted price.

It's a day to day tobacco. I smoke it when I'm tired of Mc Barens and other blends. Despite the price, you get quality tobacco. The taste is almost flat, but here and there you get some virginia. The casing in this one is not vanilla, it's cherry!! It burns all the way down to the bottom with no much effort. You can buy it to tune another blend, some blends with lots of black cavendish for example. I found it better than Borkum RIff and similar blends. All in all, good and simple tobacco.

One of the cheapest blend available in Europe. 4.50 euro per 50 gr. pouch. Surprisingly no tongue bite, cool smoke even puffed fast. Mild vanilla flavoring noticeable all the time. Everything all good, just one thing - 100 % you will feel taste of low quality, budget tobacco. 3 stars because of price.

A good day to day smoke. The price is good and it tastes like vanilla with hints of fruit and chestnut. It burns fast but all in all, a decent tobacco. For the price, you can't go wrong.
