The flue cured Virginia is a little grassy and citrusy. The smokey, woody sweet Cyprian latakia is a secondary player that often competes with the Virginia. The nutty sweet burley is always noticeable in an important back ground role. The black cavendish has a little vanilla to smooth out the blend as a minor player. I’m sure there a very mild topping, perhaps sugar? The nic-hit is mild. No bite. Burns well, cool and clean with a consistent flavor, and requires few relights. Leaves just a little dampness in the bowl. Has a pleasant after taste. Tastes so much like Finck’s Istanbul that I think they are the same thing.

For the money, this is a very pleasant mild English blend. My sample was at an excellent moisture level. It was easy to light, and very easy to manage.
Flavorwise it is mildly sweet, with a nice compliment of smokiness. The Latakia stays in the background, but you know it is there.
I don't notice any Turkish in this blend. It is more smooth than tangy or citrus-like.
All in all, very pleasant for puttering about, when you want to enjoy a mild smoke, but don't want to have to pay too much attention to technique.
