Dan Tobacco Wappen von Hamburg

(2.00)
Bright to medium brown Virginia in various cuts and some mildly sweet black cavendish, finely tuned with flake slices, which also make for a quiet glow and cool smoke. Wappen von Hamburg is a richly aromatic, soft mixture; in the taste, a genuine tobacco taste prevails. The rather unobtrusive aroma only serves to enliven the natural sweetness of the Virginia tobacco. Preferably smoked in wide bowls.
Notes: In the old times the flagship of Hamburgs admiralty. The first "Wappen" (german for "emblems") launched in 1669 and sailed also a convoy-ship, protecting Hamburgs merchant sailors from pirates. Wappen Von Hamburg (Emblem of Hamburg) - the name obliges.

This could be a great aromatic if the strength of the tobacco (nicotine) and the tobacco flavor (taste) was increased. It is just too mild for me. (There is a definite, but faint, taste of honey here.) The casing should not be increased as it would probably get too hot.

I could smell this somewhat but could barely taste anything. The room aroma is quite nice - my wife, unsolicited, said that this smelled really good.

If you prefer mild tobacco, this may be worth a try.
