As a novice pipe smoker this was reccomended to me by the staff in the store.
Not a bad tobacco, now that i have tried some different blends. As has been stated the pouch note is chocolatey, but i also get a lot of sweet rum cake, might just be me but it has more to it. On the charring light i get a lot of the virginas, but once lit the cavendish and burleys come out a little more. Quite wet, i seem to have a hard time not getting any gurgle towards the end of the bowl, and it does leave things quite sloppy. Once dried out for about an hour though it does smoke a lot cooler, however the wetness seems to come back once 1/2 through a bowl (i will add here that this is not due to smoking it quickly, since i don't seem to have this problem with other similar blends).
Overall i do like this, but its not going to be my "go to" blend.
I would suggest that you try this blend if you are looking for an easy tasting "light" smoke.
