The Country Squire Tobacconist Polar X-Press
(3.50)
Polar X-press is a thoughtful blend of Virginias, Black Cavendish, and Burleys. These delicately flavored tobaccos come together to offer a taste reminiscent of our favorite cold-weather drink: Hot Chocolate.

Man oh man, I don’t normally like aromatics but out of all of the ones I’ve desperately tried in hopes to find one that sticks, I choose to board the Polar X-Press! For those that don’t like aromatics, I highly suggest trying this one for the seasons!
The room note clearly gives off a vanilla, chocolate, and marshmallow ambiance that any one will surely be delighted by. It may smell simple and warm to those around you, but the notes when smoking are much deeper than this.
When I fire the bowl up, I’m greeted immediately with vanilla cream that spills into a pure cocoa tasting full body smoke. These notes aren’t too dominating since every once in a while I get wisps of rum liqueur and peanuts that complement the common cocoa & marshmallow notes. I am quite surprised with how many flavors I can pull out of this aromatic, such a quality is very hard to come by in aros. Usually one note dominates the whole bowl, but this is balanced quite well. For those worried about goopiness or too much sweetness, there is none of that at all. For more creamy bread like notes, retrohaling every now and again will allow for deeper flavors. This is an aromatic everyone should have without a doubt!
