Cascadia Pipe Co. Trail Head

(2.90)
When you're settling down to a roaring campfire following an activity-filled day surrounded by nature in all its glory, nothing is more satisfying than a robust bowl of tobacco, and we've got one for you that we think you'll love - Cascadia Pipe Co. - Trail Head. This dark, rich plug is made of deeply fermented Burley and matured Virginias with a dried fruit note added to remove the edge of the spice and earthiness of the Burley creating a slightly sweet and harmonious flavor that you'll enjoy in the evening before it's time to turn in. The plug will stay fresh and moist even after opening and will allow you to prepare in whatever way you prefer. End your day in the perfect way with Cascadia Pipe Co. - Trail Head.

Reviewed By Date Rating Strength Flavoring Taste Room Note
Jan 11, 2023 Medium to Strong Mild to Medium Medium to Full Pleasant
Tin note of mild campfire, spices, and stewed fruit. The reddish-brown tobacco plug is very dense. A sharp knife is needed to cut thin flakes. Rubs out with a little effort. Moisture content is on the dry side. Burns slow with few relights. The strength is medium to strong and nic is medium. Flavoring is mild to medium with notes of apricots or some kind of stone fruit and a sweetener. Both get a little milder and move to the background as the smoke progresses. Taste is medium to full and mostly consistent, with notes of very woody, spices, toasted bread, orange peel, mildly sweet, floral, mildly spicy, fermented vegetation, molasses, lemon grass, mildly bitter, a tangy dark fruit background note, and a peppery retro. Burley is barely beating the Flavoring for the lead and Virginia is supporting. Room note is pleasant, and aftertaste is good.
