Sublime odeur de prune ou pruneau alcoolisé à l’ouverture de la boîte. On se laisse tant séduire par les arômes de sucre qu’on en mangerait presque. La fumée est douce, presque délicate. L’arome en bouche touche plus aux fruits secs et vanille qu’à la prune que nous avions au nez à l’ouverture. Un superbe tabac saucé légèrement qui laisse les brins s’exprimer au fumage. This is a very fruity, very sweet baccy. Tin note of plum that is creamy sweet rather then sour or tangy. The vanilla flavor supports the aroma.
Filling and lighting is easy, the moisture is superb right out of the tin.
Now the smoke. Sweet, rich and creamy. Contrary to the tin note, the vanilla is more present and makes the smoke taste like a freshly baked cake. The topping takes the lead, but you can feel there is quality tobacco in the background. Toasty BC is for me the dominant wit the VA is in support with its bready sweetness.
I am just an occasional aro smoker, but this blend pleases me very much.
Highly recommended to aromatic smokers and also for adventurers!
