(1.69)
A Danish mixture made from fine Virginia tobaccos mellow burley and mild black cavendish. A mild naturally sweet mixture with a pleasant caramel/tofffee flavor and a pleasant room note. Easy to fill into the pipe, slow burning with a cool smoke.

A mild tobacco that is in no way offensive but has nothing to make it offensive or notable. It did not bite when smoked slowly and does feature a mild toffee flavor. It will sit in the back of my cabinet until gifted to others who enjoy a mild aromatic without real tobacco flavors. It will not be purchased again.

There seems to be two entries for this blend. One, with two reviews, says the flavoring is vanilla. This entry says caramel/toffee. What I'm smoking is clearly flavored with the latter so I'm posting this review here.
I noted all the reviews about how this burns hot and I saw when setting out a bowls worth to dry that among the ribbons were some broken flakes. In an attempt to make it burn cooler I didn't rub them out and left them intact. Not sure that made a lot of difference. It does burn hot except when taking short sips. Only then did I get a nice caramel-like flavor. Evidently the tobaccos used here are very mild in flavor as hardly any natural flavor comes through. I suppose that's by design.
I smoked this in both the MM Diplomat 5th Ave and the MM Morgan. I got the best results with the Morgan, which is a little nose-warmer. It provides about a 25 minute smoke. Although I got some pleasure from it I can only give this tobacco a 2 star rating due to it being a pain in the ass.
Mild in body and flavor. Burns well to say the least.

Another below average Danish Blend. The tobacco casing is somewhat raisins and licorice but not much flavour in this one.
