Paul Olsen River Plug

Notes: River Plug is a pressed blend containing dark fired Virginias, latakia, Orientals and perique. The Virginias are matured with a special cider vinegar, which gives the tobacco a remarkable "ketchup/tomato" aroma. After the Virginias have matured for a week they are blended together with the other tobaccos, pressed to a "cake" for 2-3 weeks and then cut into plugs. We will not hide the fact that the famous American tobacco Mississippi River was an inspiration for this tobacco. The tobacco is developed by The Danish Pipe Shop in cooperation with master blender Lasse Berg from My Own Blend and he almost killed us after numerous tests!
