I just finished off my second pouch of Jamaican. If only all discount tobacco was this good. The pouch note was fruity rum and that translates into the taste and room note. the underlying Burley and Virginia peek out just a bit in the taste. Very similar to Villiger's Tropical, but the difference in the underlying tobaccos (Burley in this blend and Black Cavendish in Tropical). The fruit and the rum blend nicely together, but I did not pick up on the cocoa. Mild and no hint of bite even when pushed. This will make a great all-day smoke!

Let me start by saying that this is a mighty good smoke. The price is also good, but for me that is just icing on the cake, because if it it cheap and taste like crap all is for naught. Quality leaf in this one for sure. Virginia and burly melded together with fruit, cocoa, and rum and done in such a manner that it is not fake tasting makes this a good all day smoker. One of the best aromatics I have smoked. Won't try to over analyze this, just smoke it and enjoy it. May become my go to aromatic. They need to stock this stuff in the local smoke shops and drug stores, blows any thing Captain Black or Borkum has out of the water, in my humble opinion.

I first tried the Original , which I really enjoyed , then tried three others . They are all good . Im not sure which is the better of the 4 Ive tried . MacBaren did a great job with these . The thing with this line is that there are similar flavors used in each and this one has more Rum , I believe . So , its a little similar to the New World . None in the line bite and they all light and smoke well . Add a pouch on to an online order and try it
