This was a pleasant surprise. Sample came in a 2 oz. zip-lock pouch (the good folk at Sterling Tobacco will send 3 samples of either Sterling or 1776 tobaccos for $7.00). Cut looks like mixed cube and flake mostly dark with flecks of bright Virginia. Operative word here is "natural", it packs and burns well and has a great Burley taste and light aroma. I think it also has the smallest pinch of some aromatic essence (cherry?), but it works well with this American type blend.
