I'm baffled how this gets so many 4-star reviews.
It is a virginia, sure, but if I had a choice between this and Marlboro Gold cigarettes I would choose Marlboro every time as they have better virginia flavour. It is plain, flat, harsh and unpleasant. I am crazy for the fermented grass flavour that Virginias have but this is just horrible, this, and many other typical Va flavour are there but hidden behind a thick wall of earthy, cigarett-ish harshness. It says that this is pure virginia but it tastes like low-quality burley with some virginia mixed in.
However. It is very cheap and available everywhere where there is tobacco being sold. It also has some punch to it so maybe if you are looking for an every-day smoke that provides a nicotine hit and not a wallet hit and you like virginias then maybe it is for you. There are many people who like it so you should give it a try I suppose - even if you hate it it's so cheap you don't really waste money.
