Dobie's Dobie's Four Square-Red Aromatic
(2.33)
Dobie's 4 Square Red Aromatic uses the same base tobaccos as 4 Square Aromatic but it becomes a completely different aromatic by the addition of a subtle cherry/vanilla note. This is a pleasant, all-day type of blend for those who enjoy something that's somewhat sweet with an incredible room note.

Dobie's - Four Square-Red Aromatic.
If I'm smoking an aromatic I want it to taste false and cased. Otherwise I'd be smoking a favoured English or VaPer. Well, this certainly is a meretricious, aromatic, smoke!
When I removed the lid I couldn't escape the smell of cherries. I'd call the cut more of a coarse one, rather than just ribbons; a few rather leafy pieces are included. The hydration scores well with me, smokable, yet I'd trust it to cellar.
I like the smoke from it. The cherries outweigh the vanilla, and are in charge. They're definitely the most formidable flavour. The tobaccos are subconraded by the toppings; to a certain extent. There's no Virginia-grass, and the Burley seems hard to decipher, I get more of a generic, soft, tobacco flavour behind the fruit. It burns unfathomably, only requiring a relight if neglected and ignored. Although the mechanics of the burn are good it has a propensity to become too warm when chugged; so, sip it gently!
Nicotine: mild. Room-note: nice.
Red Aromatic? I like it and see no problem with giving it three stars:
Recommended.
