Hearth & Home - Fleet Commanded (Marquee Series).
Although an English, it's a very smooth English!
The tin contains an even amount of brown, light brown, and dark brown ribbons. Mine holds one or two twigs; just a few, nothing to get in a stew over. The smell is typically English, and my moisture looked good.
From first light FC is bereft of the asperity that an English can often have. Straight away, 'Smooth' came to mind. The Latakia's a formidable addition, albeit, it's a more nonchalant kind as opposed to the sharp, cutting, varieties; mild and smoky. The Oriental has a DEFINITE presence, bringing a sweet, buttery, flavour to the smoke. The Virginia's easily superseded by the Lat' and Oriental. Don't expect any grass, citrus, etc., because those flavours aren't there! The burn from it's very good. It needs little maintenance and creates a cool smoke. I've had no bite all day.
Nicotine: mild for an English. Room-note: nice.
Fleet Commander? Highly recommended:
Four stars.
