Seattle Pipe Club Harbor Lights
(2.50)
From P&C's website: The first all black cavendish blend in the Seattle Pipe Club series, Harbor Lights is made of a special one-sucker type of burley that has been toasted and then steamed until soft and black. Hints of vanilla and honey join dark fruit notes. The flavor is rich and the aroma is incredible.

A very dark, almost black Cavenish greets you upon opening of a very stylized tin along with a pleasantly sweet aroma of Vanilla.
Produces nice voluminous smoke at lightup. I'm not sure I detect the fruits as described but do get some honey however, Vanilla is the main flavor.
It does need some drying time. Burns cool with moderate puffing. Like all Cavendish aromatics it will leave a ghost behind. Room note should be a wife/girlfriend pleaser so don't grab for your coat.
Should be a hit with the CB, 1-Q crowd.

I would consider this to be an OK entry level aromatic. The leaves are stewed into a moist ball of thin flakes, topped with enough flavor juice to stain the paper doily inside. The aroma is quite pleasant, with a sweet vanilla, honey thing going on, but quickly fades once lit.
It is a pretty one dimensional black Cavendish with little nicotine, almost no bite, but boring enough to preclude it from being an all day smoker.
It packs quite well and stays lit with no fuss, making a decent entry level tobacco for those new to the hobby, but lacks distinction for me to recommend this as a must buy aromatic.

No sacia. Te quedas con ganas de fumar algo distinto. Será bueno para hacer mezclas. Aportará suavidad y buen sabor a algún tabaco más fuerte.
