The black cavendish offers a mild sweet vanilla. The Virginia is hardly noticeable, but it offers a little grassiness at times, mainly in the last third of the smoke. The cocoa/chocolate topping is mild. The mild cherry is kind of syrupy, and has light tartness, especially toward the finish. Fairly creamy, but it burns too wet and will leave a little dottle. Needs some relights, and perhaps a little dry time. Has little nicotine. Won't bite. The after taste is average.

Another run of the mill cherry. Not bad, but not spectacular. The tobacco is first rate and consistent with McClelland standards. Burns well to the bottom with only a small amount of degradation in taste. The moisture was a little too high and it smoked a little goopy. The cherry casing was very "ordinary." I wouldn't turn it away if it was free, but there are better Cherry blends out there.

McClelland - M-94 Light Cherry Cordial.
Two cuts: shag cut Virginia and coarse cut black Cavendish. The pouch has an obvious cherry aromatic smell and the moisture's good.
In the smoke the cherries lead, being clearly the strongest addition. The chocolate and vanilla cream are of an equal weight to one another, forming a joint support. The Virginia's miles behind the Cavendish, it doesn't seem vacant but gives only a touch of flavour. The burn from it's good, giving cool, bite-free, smoke.
Nicotine: very mild. Room-note: pleasant.
A blend for beginners, but a bit of a bore. Two stars:
Somewhat recommended.
