I am generally wary of aromatic blends; I?m convinced that tobacco should taste like tobacco. However, I tried this blend on a recommendation of the gentleman who help me purchase my first pipe and found it delightful. The casing used functions the same way that vanilla or hazelnut flavoring does in coffee. It enhances the natural tendencies and flavor of the tobacco, permitting those flavors to come through more clearly. Before lighting, the draw is sweet and neutral; it sets a wonderful tone of expectation. Initial puffs offer a warm palette cleansing sweetness that shortly gives way to a full-bodied complexity suggested by the array of colors that this broken-flake tobacco presents. A blend of Virginia, Burley, and Black Cavendish, the whole bowl yields rich complexity. The aromatic additives render the flavors bold and clear. This blend?s boldness, clarity, and complexity are coupled with an even smoothness throughout the bowl. Highly recommended for anyone. Novice smokers will appreciate the ease with which the tones and textures of this tobacco can be distinguished; experienced smokers will appreciate the quality and complexity of those tones. This is an excellent choice for smoking after dinner.

Ok, the brand would be Tobacco World and the blender would be whichever tobacconist created it. It is only assumed by whoever submitted it that the tobaccos used were purchased from Altadis as the retailer doesn't know where the tobacco was ordered from.
Apparently, the smoking of this blend affects the thought process. I'll pass.
