Live in the sticks not far from the sea. 600 year old pub, 1,000 year old little church with many carvings of contemporary scenes, and 1,000 year old castle are not far away.

It's not possible to type anything in the 'pipe collection notes' box, so I'll put it here: Currently 12 pipes (I used to have about 2 dozen more, but the wretched ex-wife chucked 'em out - women are far more trouble than they are worth, saving short liaisons), including a Stanwell freehand (pretty, but an immature pipe, not a good smoker), a 1960s Portland billiard straight grain (acquired at a bargain price, and a pipe of exceptional quality), a Petersen full bent Meerschaum with hallmarked silver band (always gives good smoking results, and very nice to handle), a Dr Plumb straight pot meerschaum lined (good steady smoker), and a petersen Kinsale briar (not bad, but am not madly keen on it).
