I am an equal-opportunity puffer. I enjoy both Briars and Meers, Balkans, English, VA/Pers and Aros. As I write this, I am smoking a mild yet satisfying bowl of Rattray's Highland Targe. I miss McClelland's Chocolate Silk (I have a sweet tooth and no current Aro of which I know has the Char-to-Dottle full flavor of Chocolate Silk) and the Frog blends, but Boswell, a midsized tobacconist in Pennsylvania makes a wide variety of wonderful Aros. I am hoarding my scant remains of Syrian Latakia blends, though Seattle Pipe Club's Plum Pudding special Reserve is my favorite Balkan right now. I smoke as many cigars as I do pipe blends. The government needs to leave us alone and dispose of the odious impending regulation that will wreak havoc among adults who enjoy fine leaf -- stuff which children would never think of smoking.
