I am 32 years old and have been smoking for about 15 years. I am a Web-Designer and Linux Programmer & SW-Engineer. I primarily smoke a pipe but occasionally will smoke a cigarette or a cigar if it's high quality (not a huge cigar fan). I have/use briar, meerschaum and corn-cob pipes but I would say the corn-cob pipes are my favorite.
