I would describe this as a crossover blend for those wanting something that sits in between a traditional aromatic and a straight unadulterated Virginia tobacco. They tell me it's 100% Virginia tobaccos with a light buttery sweet casing. This is obviously not all it contains for I can clearly see some delicious looking chunks of broken up flake in there as well.
Flavor wise, it's very much like the pouch note - sweet vanilla and creamy butter? I don't know exactly, but it do know it's quite delicious. It's my wife's favorite (room note I'm speaking of, of course). It packs effortlessly and burns well all the way to the bottom of the bowl.
For some this will be a 4 star tobacco. For me it's a SOLID 3 star offering, only because I generally prefer straight uncased Virginias.
